Tiffany has three passions: teaching, traveling and learning foreign
languages. She has been teaching in China for four years where she has
been busy doing the three of them. Her teaching career took her first in
Changsha, Hunan province, where she discovered she really didn’t agree
with spicy food and stinky tofu, then to Shanghai two years ago teaching
in Shanghai University of Finances and Economy to prepare her students
to study in Scotland. She masters four languages and jabbers few others
so knows how challenging and frustrating it can be to learn a new
language but also very fun!
